Payment reminders

  1. Log in to Exact
  2. On the main Exact page go to "Verkoop" > "Openstaande posten" > "Herinneringen afdrukken" / "Sales" > "Outstanding items" > "Print reminders"
  3. Select the invoice for which you want to send a reminder and click "Email" (If you want Exact to send the email) or "Afdrukken" / "Print" (If you want to generate a pdf that you can email yourself)
  4. Select the correct Template, verify this is what you want and send
  5. When returning to the overview page you will now see a link to view sent reminders for this invoice
