When updating a border, ensure to do the following:
* Before starting, ensure that the other border is operational (checking bgp and ospf routes on the other borders).
* Record your terminal session. This allows us to look back on what happened if a border does not come back up
* Go over the packages that are to be updated, installed, or removed, and check if they are sane. Abort or seek help if they do not seem sane.
* When you are asked to replace files for the FRR package, be aware that replacing the files with default files will break the border. So preferably don't replace them with the default files.
